Salon Policies

Cancellation Policy:

FOIL+GLOSS Salon requires a 48 hour notice to reschedule or cancel any appointments. We require a credit card on file to book all services. This ensures that our stylists time is not wasted for last minute or no-show appointments. Failure to follow our policy will result in a 50% charge to your card on file. 

Day of Cancellations:

Any appointments cancelled same day of appointment will be charged 100% of the estimated service fee. Any no-shows with no attempt to contact the salon will also be subject to this charge. We do understand emergencies happen and always take careful consideration of this with our policies.

Appointment Cancellation, Reschedule, and Change Policy

All appointment cancellations, reschedules, or changes must be made by calling FOIL+GLOSS Salon directly. We do not accept cancellations or changes via email or text to ensure clear communication between both parties. Failure to call and make the necessary adjustments will result in the enforcement of our cancellation policy as stated above.

Same-Day Cancellation Notice:
Please note that showing up to your appointment and making changes to the service, such as removing a color service or altering the service day-of, will be treated as a same-day cancellation. In such cases, our cancellation policy will apply. 

Late Arrivals:

In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late will be taken on case-by-case basis if the stylist has time to take them. 

All clients 30 minutes late will be counted as a no-show.

Appointment Reminders: 

Our automated system will send text reminders starting at 72 hours prior to your appointment. At 48 hours our receptionist and our text reminder system will reach out to confirm your appointment.

Child Policy:

We have a strict no child policy and ask that you make the proper arrangements before your appointment. We uphold a relaxing atmosphere for our guests so that they can take time to pamper themselves. If you bring your child to your appointment, it will be rescheduled to a later date.

Refunds/Service Satisfaction:

We strive to make each guest happy at their visit. If you are not happy with your service please let us know before leaving the salon so we can make any adjustments as needed. 

Tweaks/adjustments can be made at no charge within 7 days of your original appointment date, as long as they are reasonable. Adjustments do not apply to corrective colors, or services that take multiple visits to achieve your end goal.

We do not issue refunds on any services.

Refusal of services:

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time to anyone demonstrating behavior that is verbally abusive or inappropriate to any members of our staff, our salon guests.
